A space simulator where you can fly a spaceship using Newtonian physics. You can dock and purchase different weapons and complete various missions in a randomly generated galaxy. A galaxy map allows you to navigate through this galaxy. Razer Hydra support allows for an immersive experience.

Team: 6 game programming students (Assets were mostly free downloads from the Unity Asset Store)
Roles: Lead Programmer, Designer, Producer
Implemented a Physics based movement system for the ship. When a movement command is received, the ship polls it's thrusters to see which ones can provide the force and torque necessary to achieve the desired movement/rotation and activated them.
Implemented other major gameplay systems such as combat, AI, docking, vendor, equipment, weapons, mining, mission framework, etc.
Worked on Razer Hydra integration into features that are not directly supported
Implemented various weapon mechanics and effects like a railgun trail, mining laser and cluster missiles.
